2. Warranty Claim Process

3. Repairs and Replacements
Once your warranty claim is verified, we will provide free repair services. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one, depending on the specific situation.
If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will work with you to find a solution, including the possibility of a refund.
4. Shipping Costs
During the warranty period, we will cover the return shipping costs for products that are returned or repaired under warranty conditions.
Repair and return shipping costs for products outside of the warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Special Notes
This warranty is only valid for products purchased through official channels. Products purchased from unauthorized third parties are not covered under this warranty.
